Precision Lock Nuts
Our Precision Lock Nuts are designed for stabilizing bearings and are effective for providing accurate rotatory motion.
Nowadays, the rotators have become smaller with higher speed rpm, high accuracy on uniformity across axis is getting much more important and required. The diameter of the thread is controlled & produced within close lower limits of 5μ,once the Lock Nut is set the gap is minimized.
Our Precision Lock Nut's thread & edge face are ground simultaneous which produced highly accurate flatness across the axis face.
Using Precision Lock Nuts enable you to achieve the required accuracy, and reduced assembling time.

In reference to the drawings, the bearing edge face is fixed to our Precision Lock Nut, this ensures shaft rotation accuracy once assembled.
Using our Precision Lock Nut,
the rotation center becomes stable and the assembly more accurate.

Using others Lock Nut,
the deviation becomes larger and the assenbly less accurate.
